What Can You Expect From Polarity Therapy?
In a typical polarity therapy session, which usually takes 60 minutes to an hour and a half, the practitioner uses different manual techniques to encourage energy to flow throughout the body. The session starts with the practitioner identifying the source of energy blockage in the client's energy field using palpation. An energy blockage usually manifests in the form of pain or muscle tension. The client remains fully clothed as the practitioner works on balancing the life force that organises the functions of the different systems in their mind and body.

After a treatment session, the client will feel a sense of relief, especially from pain and discomfort. Most people who have experienced the modality reported feeling totally relaxed and a renewed vitality.
