Our retreat is open to anyone, single or coupled, and is an opportunity for those who would like to heal and connect with themselves and others who are on a similar journey.

Meet Lisa
As the founder of Connect Social, I believe in the power of real-life connections to change lives. My mission is to break down the barriers around in-person and social events and create spaces where people of all backgrounds feel seen, valued, and inspired. Bringing people together to share experiences, laughter, and meaningful conversations is what fuels me. With every event, my goal is not just to help people find love, but to build a community of individuals who feel empowered to show up authentically.
I've been on my own healing journey for the past 9 years, exploring powerful modalities like meditation, breathwork, therapy, and cultivating an incredible support network. This journey has led me to study massage, reiki, and life coaching, which I now weave into my events, creating safe, welcoming, and fun environments. I am passionate about helping others find connections that make them feel alive and empowered.
Meet Emma
Emma is a dedicated mentor with a deep passion for guiding individuals on their journey toward mind, body, heart, and soul alignment. She works with both women and men of all ages, helping them cultivate unconditional self-love and realign their inner selves to live a life that feels healthy, whole, loving, and free.
As the founder of SomAlchemy, Emma integrates the principles of "soma" (the body) and "alchemy" (transformation) to offer a unique practice focused on deep healing and personal growth.
Using a blend of body-centered techniques such as rebirthing breathwork, movement, and other somatic therapies, she supports individuals in releasing stuck energies and emotions. Emma’s goal is to help her clients reconnect with their heart and soul, elevate their energetic vibration, and raise their awareness, creating a pathway to a more vibrant, balanced, and fulfilling life.
Meet Dillon
Dillon has a background of 9 years in concreting and is an ex-professional boxer competing in 19 professional fights Australia wide. His first professional fight was in April 2015.
He has been on his journey of inner connection through yoga and pilates for years and has gone deeper with his yoga practices and his inner healing through other modalities such as breathwork, healing retreats and meditation in the last few years.This has allowed Dillon to create a balanced polarity of the masculine and feminine.
Dillon brings with him a deep understanding of where people are at on their own healing journey from his own personal experiences throughout life. Dillon holds a space of non-judgment and will hold the energy for you, in all that you are in any present moment.

Are Airfares include?No, all airfares for your return journey between Australia and Bali are at your own expense. Emma is a frequent flyer to Bali and recommends Batik Airlines otherwise Jetstar have regular flights to and from Bali.

Are Airport Transfers inclued?NO, airport transfers are not included and are at your own expense. We have contact details for a driver whom Emma uses regularly in Bali and he owns a fleet of cars. Cost of airport transfer from the airport to Basundari Retreat is 300,000IDR ($30AUD). If you order a car once you arrive at the airport it will cost you 600,000IDR ($60AUD).

If I am travelling alone how will the room sharing work?Let us know when you have booked that you are travelling alone and will make our best efforts to pair you up with another solo traveller we feel you will connect with. All shared rooms for solo travellers will be allocated with same gender.

What do I need to bring?All yoga mats and bolsters are provided however if you prefer your own yoga mat or props please bring them with you. A suggested packing list will be provided prior to the retreat.

What are your cancellation policies?We have a strict NO REFUND policy which is in line with Basundari Retreat's cancellation policies. If you are unable to make the retreat you can transfer the retreat to a friend. We highly recommend taking out travel insurance.
